| 目的:探讨急性脑梗死患者神经功能缺损程度与舌下络脉瘀滞程度、pH值的相关性。方法:选择2015年度在本院神经内科住院的全部急性脑梗死(发病时间在24h内的非溶栓治疗)患者120例,评测神经功能缺失程度分型,舌下络脉瘀滞程度分级,舌面pH值,进行三者相关性分析。结果:120例病例中,舌下络脉瘀滞111例,占92.5%,舌下络脉瘀滞程度分级与神经功能缺损程度分型有关(P<0.05),舌下络脉瘀滞程度分级随神经功能缺损程度增高而增加的趋势;舌面pH均值5.55±0.91,舌面pH值随舌下络脉瘀滞程度分级增加、神经功能缺损程度分型加重而差异显著(P<0.05),均呈现下降的趋势。结论:舌面pH值、舌下络脉瘀滞程度分级与神经功能缺损程度分型具有较好的相关性,对指导临床有一定帮助。 |

| 【】Objective:To investigate the relationship between the degree of nerve function defect and sublingual collaterals stasis and tongue pH value in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods:120 patients in our hospital Department of Neurology were selected , all patients with acute cerebral infarction (time of onset within 24 hours of non thrombolytic therapy), correlation between the degree of neurological deficit type and sublingual collaterals stasis degree grading and tongue pH value. Results:In all patients, there were 111 cases (92.5%) of sublingual collaterals stasis, sublingual collateral stasis degree classification and the degree of neural function defect type related (P < 0.05) and sublingual collateral stasis degree classification with neural function defect degree increased with increasing trend; tongue pH value is 5.55 0.91, Both showed a downward trend of the tongue pH value were increased with sublingual collaterals stasis degree classification and the degree of neural function defect types increased, compared with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion:There was preferential relation between the degree of neurological deficit type and sublingual collaterals stasis degree grading and tongue pH value, The results have quite good practical value for guiding clinic. |
