| S带状疱疹后遗神经痛是一种临床常见的神经病理性疼痛,严重影响患者的身心健康。药物治疗应预防用药和治疗用药相结合。预防用药包括带状疱疹疫苗、加巴喷丁+抗病毒药、阿米替林+抗病毒药,这些药物应尽早使用,其中疫苗有不错的前景。治疗用药包括一线用药(钙离子通道调节剂、三环类抗抑郁药、5%利多卡因贴片)和其他用药(阿片类镇痛药、局部辣椒素、硫酸镁等)。在治疗用药中,联合用药(加巴喷丁+去甲替林、普瑞巴林+阿米替林、吗啡+加巴喷丁、5%利多卡因贴片+普瑞巴林 )更有效,且局部用药和全身用药的联合应用更有优势。S |

| Abstact Postherpetic neuralgia ( PHN) is a common type of neuropathic pain，which has a serious effecton patients' physical and social functions．Drug treatment should be combined preventive and therapeutic treatment, this paper will emphasis on the two aspects. Preventive treatment are herpes zoster vaccine, a combination of gabapentin and antivirals, a combination of amitriptyline and antivirals, these drugs should be used as early as possible, including vaccine have good prospects. Therapeutic treatment are the first-line drugs (calcium channel regulators, tricyclic antidepressants, 5% lidocaine patch) and other drugs (opioids, local capsaicin, magnesium sulfate, etc.), a combination of gabapentin and nortriptyline, lyrica and amitriptyline, morphine and gabapentin, 5% lidocaine patch and pregabalin are more effective, the joint application of topical and systemic medication has more advantages. |
