| 六味地黄丸(汤)由北宋时期的著名医学家钱乙创制,原以治疗小儿禀赋不足。因其组方独具特色,疗效肯定,其临床主治病证不断扩大,广泛应用于辨证为肾阴不足,肝肾亏虚,或兼有虚火上炎的内、外、妇、儿等临床各科疾病,故其拆方研究至关重要,可阐明古方配伍的科学性。文章通过回顾近10年来六味地黄丸(以下简称LW)的拆方研究概况,从组成和方解、现代拆方研究、问题与展望等3个方面对六味地黄丸(汤)做一阐述,为以后LW的现代拆方研究提供一定的依据。 |

| LiuWei Dihuang Pill(Tang) was created by QianYi during the Northern Song Dynasty,which was originally used for children who were innate deficiency.Because of the special prescription and the certain cures,it"s clinical therapeutic range expands.It is widely used for deficiency of the kidney yin or deficiency of the liver and kidney,and also for hyperactivity of deficient fire in internal medicine、surgery、pediatrics and gynecology.In view of its wide application,the research on the demolition of the parties is fatal,the compatibility of medicines can be clarified.The article reviews the survey of the research on the demolition of the LiuWei Dihuang Pill (hereinafter referred to as LW)from the aspects of documents calcitization 、pharmacology study、problem and prospects,to underlie for the further study of LW. |
