| 摘 要 目的 观察拔伸合点压手法治疗陈旧性腰椎间盘突出症的疗效，探讨其作用机理。方法 采用拔伸合点压手法治疗陈旧性腰椎间盘突出症，观察其疗效及治疗前后影像学变化。结果 治疗后患者症状较治疗前改善明显，但影像学变化无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 拔伸合点压手法治疗陈旧性腰椎间盘突出症疗效肯定，机理可能与松解椎管外软组织粘连有关。 |

| Abstract Objective To observe the curative effect of stretch and point pressure manipulation in the treatment of obsolete lumbar disc herniation, and to investigate its function mechanism. Methods To employ stretch and point pressure manipulation in the treatment of obsolete lumbar disc herniation, observing its effect and imaging changes before and after treatment. Results After the treatment, symptoms were significantly improved, nevertheless, there were no statistically approved evidence in imaging changes (P>0.05). Conclusion The effectiveness of stretch and point pressure manipulation in the treatment of obsolete lumbar disc herniation is affirmed, its mechanism is possible related to release of soft tissue adhesion outside the spinal canal. |
