| 辛润法首见《黄帝内经》,从以辛散之、以辛辅之、以辛化之、以辛行之四个方面阐述辛润法的含义。干燥综合征以肝肾阴虚为本,而兼有气虚、肺胃阴虚、痰湿、瘀血、燥毒、气郁等病因病机。笔者从其兼夹之病因病机与辛润法的关系,强调辛润法亦为治疗干燥综合征的一个重要治法。 |

| Expound the meaning of Moistening with acridity, which was first seen from Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor, from four aspects of dissipating with acridity、assist with acridity、gasification with acridity、activation with acridity. Deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin is the main etiology and pathogenesis, complicated with deficiency of vital energy、Lung and stomach yin deficiency、phlegmatic hygrosis、blood stasis、dryness toxin and qi depression.We discussion the relationship between Moistening with acridity and pathogenesis, stress the importantance of Moistening with acridity . |
