| 目的：研究茶多酚糊剂对大鼠口腔溃疡愈合的影响及机制。方法：30只SD大鼠随机分成5组,每组6只。采用化学灼烧法在大鼠左右颊黏膜建立口腔溃疡模型,左侧溃疡面涂甘油,为甘油对照组,右侧溃疡面涂茶多酚糊剂,为茶多酚糊剂组,每天给药三次,分别于给药的0天、2天、4天、6天、8天各处死6只。大体观察口腔溃疡黏膜面,测量溃疡面积,免疫组化法检测FGF1、α-SMA蛋白在溃疡区的表达。结果：茶多酚糊剂组在4天、6天后溃疡面积较对照组小,提示茶多酚糊剂在溃疡的中后期有助于愈合。茶多酚糊剂组炎症细胞浸润较少,愈合修复较快。溃疡中后期茶多酚糊剂组FGF1、α-SMA的表达明显高于甘油对照组(P<0.05)。结论：茶多酚糊剂能够抑制炎症反应,有促进溃疡愈合的作用,其愈合机制可能与抗炎、抗氧化、FGF1、α-SMA的表达增高有关。 |

| Object: To study the therapeutic effect and healing mechanism of tea polyphenols paste on oral ulcer in rats. Methods: Thirty rats were randomly divided into 5 groups with 6 rats in each group. The oral ulcer animal model was established by chemical burning method on both buccal mucosa of rats. The glycerol control group was that applying the glycerol to the ulcer surface of left buccal mucosa and the tea polyphenol paste group was applying the tea polyphenol paste to the right. The rats were administered three times per day .Six rats were sacrificed respectively after the administrating 0 day, 2 days, 4 days, 6 days, 8 days. Then the ulcer area was taken and measured, and the healing of ulcer was analyzed by histopathology and immunohistochemistry. Results: The ulcer area of the tea polyphenol paste group was obviously smaller than the glycerol control group’ son the fourth and sixth day, which suggested the tea polyphenol paste contributed to the healing of the oral ulcer(P < 0.05).The tea polyphenol paste group had less inflammatory cell infiltration and healing is more obvious. The result of immunohistochemistry showed the expression of FGF1 and α-SMA were higher significantly in the tea polyphenol paste group in end of the treatment period (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Tea polyphenols paste can inhibit the reaction of inflammation and promote ulcer healing. The healing mechanism may be related to anti inflammation, anti-oxidationand the increased expression of FGF1 andα-SMA. |
