      目的:初步观察SilverFit虚拟现实技术对胸腰段脊髓损伤(SCI)患者轮椅基础训练效果的影响。方法:36例SCI患者分为对照组和治疗组各18例,两组患者均行常规神经内科药物治疗和物理治疗,对照组在特设场地进行轮椅训练,治疗组运用SilverFit进行轮椅训练,两组训练3min/次,3次/d共14d。治疗前后采用SilverFit、功能独立性测量(FIM)进行评定。结果:治疗后,两组患者剪花数、FIM均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.01),治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:虚拟现实技术可进一步提高SCI患者轮椅训练的疗效。

      Objective: Preliminary observation of spinal cord injury SilverFit virtual reality technology on thoracolumbar (SCI) in patients with wheelchair foundation training effect.Methods: 36 cases of SCI were divided into control group and treatment group with 18 cases in each group, two groups of patients underwent conventional drugs,neurological department of internal medicine therapy and physical therapy, The control group in a special area for wheelchair training,the treatment group using SilverFit wheelchair training, two groups training 3min/ time 3 times /d, 14days in total. Before and after treatment with SilverFit, functional independence measure (FIM) was evaluated.Results: After treatment, two groups cut number, FIM were significantly improved after treatment (P < 0.01), the treatment group was better than the control group (P < 0.01).Conclusion: Virtual reality technology can improve the curative effect of SCI patients wheelchair training.
