| 目的 观测针刀治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效和安全性。方法 将试验病例随机分为2组,针刀组采用单纯的针刀治疗,西药组使用西比灵口服治疗。15天后观察2组患者有效率、眩晕症状与功能评分和视物模糊症状VAS评分改变情况,评价针刀疗效。结果 本次试验共纳入患者60例。治疗后组间患者比较,有效率组间有统计学差异(P<0.05),针刀组明显优于西药组,且眩晕症状与功能和视物模糊症状VAS评分改善情况,组间存在统计学差异(P<0.05),针刀组优势亦很明显。结论 针刀治疗可更好的改善椎动脉型颈椎病患者眩晕和视物模糊等临床症状,操作安全简便。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupotomy on treating cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery disease (CSA). Methods 60 CSA patients along with blurred vision were randomly divided into two groups. One group accepted the treatment of acupotomy. The other groups accepted flunarizine tablet. Finally measured effective rates, dizziness symptom and function scores, and blurred vision VAS scores. Results Dizziness symptom and function scores were increased significantly (P<0.05) and blurred vision VAS scores were decreased significantly (P<0.05) in treatment group. Conclusion Acupotomy can alleviate the symptoms of CSA patients effectively. |
