| 【】 目的：对比观察双Endobutton钢板联合Fastin RC锚钉与锁骨钩钢板治疗TossyⅢ型新鲜肩锁关节脱位的临床疗效,总结其临床应用价值。方法: 随机选取2012年3月至2015年2月期间,在我院手术治疗的38例TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位患者,分为两组,A组20例采用双Endobutton钢板联合Fastin RC锚钉技术治疗,男性15例,女性5例,平均年龄为35.7岁；B组18例选用锁骨钩钢板技术治疗,男性16例,女性2例,平均年龄为37.3岁。分别于术后1个月、3个月、6个月采用日本骨科协会肩关节疾患治疗判定标准对两组临床疗效进行评价观察,并作出统计学分析。结果：期间无一例随访中断,随访时间为6-12个月,平均8个月。根据疗效标准评定,术后1个月,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后3个月、术后6个月,两组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：初期临床结果表明,使用双Endobutton联合Fastin RC锚钉治疗肩锁关节脱位的总体疗效优于锁骨钩钢板。 |

| 【】 Objective: To compare and observe the clinical outcome of double endobutton plates with anchor screw and clavicular hook plate for the treatment of Tossy typeⅢfresh acromioclavicular dislocation, summarizing the value of clinical application.Methods: From March 2012 to Fabruary 2015, 38 patients with Tossy type Ⅲfresh acromioclavicular dislocation were treated with double Endobutton plates with anchor screw (20 patients, including 15 males and 5 females, with the mean age of 35.7 years is the A group)or clavicular hook plate(18 patients, including 16 male and 2 females,with the mean age of 37.3 years is the B group). Comparison and statistical analysis were made between the two groups in terms of Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA) scoring system at 1 month,3 months,6 months after surgery. Result: All patients were available for an average follow-up of 8 months(from 6 to 12 months).At 1 month after surgery,there was no statistical significance between A group and B group(P＞0.05). At 3 month and 6 month after surgery, the difference was all significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Double endobutton plates with anchor screw is believed to be bether than hook plate for the early curative effect of Tossy type Ⅲ fresh acromioclavicular dislocation. |
