| 目的 观察补中益气汤对脾虚慢传输型便秘（STC）小鼠结肠组织血管活性肠肽（VIP）的影响，初步探究补中益气汤治疗脾虚慢传输便秘的作用机制。方法 32只雄性昆明小鼠随机分为正常组（8只）和造模组（24只），造模组采用番泻叶+限制饮水+控制饮食的方法复制小鼠脾虚STC模型，模型复制成功后，将造模组小鼠随机分为模型组、中药组（补中益气汤）和西药组（莫沙必利），各组灌胃对应的药物进行治疗，1次/天，共7天，末次给药后检测各组小鼠粪便含水率、肠道推进率及结肠组织VIP含量。结果：补中益气汤能提高小鼠粪便含水率及肠道推动率（P<0.05），降低抑制性神经递质VIP水平（P<0.05）。结论：补中益气汤能改善脾虚慢传输型便秘症状，其作用机制可能与降低结肠VIP水平有关。 |

| Objective:To observe the effects of Buzhongyiqi Tang on vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP) in slow transit constipation(STC) mice with spleen deficiency.Methods:32 male Kunming mice were randomly divided into normal group(8) and model group(24),the model group was copied to STC model with spleen deficiency by folium sennae + limited water + control diet.Then,the model group were randomly divided into model control group、chinese herb group(Buzhongyiqi Tang) and western medicine group(Mosapride),each group was treated one time a day by gavage its corresponding drug,the couese was spent for 7 days.After the last treatment, the moisture content of feces、intestinal propulsion rates and the content in the colonic tissue VIP were detected.Results:Buzhongyiqi Tang could increase the moisture content of feces as well as intestinal propulsion rates(P<0.05),Buzhongyiqi Tang could decrease the content of VIP.Conclusion:Buzhongyiqi Tang could improve symptoms of STC with spleen deficiency,it might related to decrease the content of VIP. |
