| 【】 目的：观察揿针埋针联合五倍子粉敷脐治疗结核性盗汗疗效。方法：选择2014年1月～2015年6月我科收治的肺结核伴盗汗患者89例,随机将其分为中医组45例和对照组44例,中医组在规律抗结核(2HRZE/4HR)治疗及护理的前提下,增加揿针埋针联合五倍子粉敷脐。对照组的抗结核方案同治疗组。结果：中医组中治愈32例,有效10例, 总有效率 93.33%,对照组中治愈12例,有效19例,总有效率70.45%。中医组总有效率明显高于对照组。结论：揿针埋针联合五倍子粉敷脐治疗结核性盗汗有较显著的疗效。 |

| 【】Objective: To investigate the effects and nursing care of treatment with Press-needle embedding combined with Chinese gallnut powder umbilicus for tuberculous sweats. Methods: 89 patients with tuberculous sweats in our hospital during January 2014-June 2015 were randomly divided into observation group (45 patients) and the control group (44 patients)． The control group was treated with Western medicine anti-TB drugs,and the patients in the observation group added the therapy of Press-needle embedding combined with Chinese gallnut powder umbilicus．Both of two groups were given nursing intervention. Results: 32 cases were cured in the treatment group, 10 cases were effective, the total effective rate was 93.33%, 12 cases were cured in the control group, 19 cases were effective, the total effective rate was 70.45%. The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion: there is remarkable curative effect of Press-needle embedding combined with gallnut powder navel treatment of tuberculous sweats. |
