目的：探讨养正消积胶囊对荷MFC胃癌小鼠的疗效及免疫调节机制。方法：皮下接种法建立小鼠前胃癌肿瘤动物模型，随机分为4组：模型组、养正消积胶囊组、5FU组、联合组，每组各10只。另设正常组10只；观察荷MFC胃癌小鼠移植瘤生长情况以及体重等的变化。于末次给药后完整剥取移植瘤、胸腺、脾脏并称重，计算各组荷MFC胃癌小鼠移植瘤体积和抑瘤率。并用流式细胞仪测定外周血CD4+CD25+ Foxp3+Treg细胞比例。结果 1. 抑瘤率：联合组、养正消积胶囊组、5FU组分别为50.92% 、22.29%、25.89%，与模型组相比，差异均有统计学意义（p<0.05）。2.联合组、养正消积胶囊组外周血CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg细胞比例分别为（4.73?0.35）%、（5.43?0.47）%均低于模型组（7.26?1.12）%，差异有统计学意义（p<0.05）。结论：养正消积胶囊具有抗MFC胃癌移植小鼠肿瘤生长的作用，该作用可能与其下调CD4+CD25+ Foxp3+Treg细胞表达相关。

英文摘要:

0bjective: To investigate the anti-tumor effects of Yangzheng Xiaoji Capsule and demonstrate the immune regulation mechanism. Methods：MFC tumor bearing 615 mice models were established by inoculated subcutaneously way，and were randomly divided into 4 groups: model group, Yangzheng Xiaoji Capsule group, 5FU group, comprehensive treatment group. Each group had 10 mouse, and normal group also had 10 mouse. Observe the growth of tumor in MFC Tumor bearing 615, and the change in weight. after being treated with medicine, Executing 615 mice, stripping and weighing tumor tissue, thymus, spleen, calculating tumor volume and inhibitory rate. Using FCM to detect CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg cells proportion in mice peripheral blood. Results: 1. inhibitory rate: the inhibitory rate of comprehensive treatment group, Yangzheng Xiaoji Capsule group, 5FU group were 50.92%,22.29%,25.89%, and had statistical meaning(p<0.05). 2.in comprehensive treatment group and Yangzheng Xiaoji Capsule group, the expression of CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg cells is lower than thats of model group in mice peripheral blood（4.73?0.35%、5.43?0.47% vs 7.26?1.12%）, and had statistical meaning(p<0.05). Conclusions: Yangzheng Xiaoji Capsule can suppress the growth of MFC gastric carcinoma, which may be involved in decreasing the level of CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ Treg.
