      目的 研究嘎狗噜水煎液对肢体缺血再灌注损伤大鼠的治疗作用。方法 采用阻断股动脉建立肢体缺血再灌注损伤大鼠模型,30只SD大鼠随机分为三组:A组为假手术组,B组为造模组,C组为治疗组。治疗组嘎狗噜全草水煎液灌胃给药,检测各组大鼠血液中的凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(Fib)、血浆凝血酶时间(TT);血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)及肌肝(Cr)等指标。 结果 嘎狗噜全草水煎液能延长肢体缺血再灌注损伤模型大鼠PT和APTT,有非常显著差异(p <0.01),降低血清LDH(p <0.01)及Cr(p <0.05),结论 嘎狗噜能够通过改善凝血/纤溶功能及代谢环境,有效减轻肢体缺血再灌注损伤大鼠的损害度程。
英文摘要:
      Objective To study the biological effects of Melastoma dodecandrum Lour on coagulation function in rats after limb ischemia-reperfusion. Meathods 30 rats were randomly divided into blank control group,control group and Melastoma dodecandrum Lour group. Model of limb ischemia reperfusion injury was made by using the method of blocking blood flow in control group and Melastoma dodecandrum Lour group. The prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), fibrinogen (Fib), thrombin time (TT), serum lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and creatinine (Cr)in blood of rats in each group were detected. Results Melastoma dodecandrum Lour can prolong the prothrombin time(PT and APTT)in rats with ischemia reperfusion injury(p <0.01),lower serum lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) (p <0.01) ,and lower creatinine(Cr)(p <0.05). Conclusion Melastoma dodecandrum Lour can effectively reduce the degree of injury in rats with limb ischemia / reperfusion injury,through improve blood coagulation/fibrinolysis function and metabolism of the environment.
