      目的 探讨嘎狗噜水煎液对肢体缺血再灌注损伤大鼠炎症反应的作用和机制。方法 采用阻断股动脉建立肢体缺血再灌注损伤大鼠模型,30只SD大鼠随机分为三组:A组为假手术组,B组为造模组,C组为治疗组;治疗组给嘎狗噜全草水煎液灌胃5天,5天后检测大鼠血液中的细胞间粘附分子-1(ICAM-1),白细胞介素-6(IL-6),肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量。 结果 造模组ICAM-1含量与假手术组比较有显著升高(p <0.05),造模组IL-6、TNF-a与假手术组比较有非常显著升高(p <0.01)。治疗组与造模组比较ICAM-1、IL-6、TNF-a的水平均有非常显著的降低(p <0.01)。 结论 嘎狗噜水煎液具有明显的抗炎作用,并能够有效的减轻肢体缺血再灌注损伤大鼠的炎症反应。
英文摘要:
      Objective To study the biological effects and mechanism of Melastoma dodecandrum Lour on inflammatory response in rats after limb ischemia-reperfusion. Meathods 30 rats were randomly divided into blank control group,control group and Melastoma dodecandrum Lour group. Model of limb ischemia reperfusion injury was made by using the method of blocking blood flow in control group and Melastoma dodecandrum Lour group. The intercellular adhesion molecule 1 (ICAM 1), interleukin 6 (IL - 6), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-a) in blood of rats in each group were detected. Results The ICAM-1 content of the control group was significantly higher than that of the blank control group ( P <0.05). The interleukin 6 (IL - 6), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-a) content of the control group was very significantly higher than that of the blank control group ( P <0.01). The level of ICAM-1, IL-6 and TNF-a in Melastoma dodecandrum Lour group and the control group were significantly decreased ( P <0.01). Conclusion Melastoma dodecandrum Lour can effectively reduce the degree of injury in rats with limb ischemia / reperfusion injury,through anti-inflammatory effect.
