| 【】目的：对比分析加减五花饮治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎临床治疗效果。方法：选取2015年4月-2016年4月经我院诊断并治疗的面部激素依赖性皮炎患者132例,随机分为A组和B组,两组各66例;A组选择盐酸左西替利嗪片+吡美莫司乳膏治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎,B组采用加减五花饮+吡美莫司乳膏治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎；经过治疗1个月后分别记录两组患者的治疗后临床效果、临床症状改善以及治疗前后血清中IL-4水平情况,并比较。结果：治疗1个月后,A组总有效率(57.58%)明显低于B组总有效率(81.82%)；B组临床症状评分以及皮肤情况明显低于A组；与治疗前比较,治疗后血清中IL-4水平值A组明显高于B组； p值均<0.05,均具有统计学意义。结论：采用加减五花饮治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎临床治疗效果佳,可降低复发率,无明显不良反应。 |

| 【abstract】 objective: comparison and analysis to medified wuhua decoction treatment of clinical therapeutic effect in treating hormone-dependent facial dermatitis. Methods: selected 2015-2016, April 4 menstrual our hospital diagnosis and treatment of 132 patients with hormone-dependent facial dermatitis were randomly divided into group A and group B, all the 66 cases of the two groups; Choose left cetirizine hydrochloride group A + pyrazole beauty therapy ointment in treating hormone-dependent facial dermatitis, group B with medified wuhua decoction + pyrazole beauty therapy ointment therapy in treating hormone-dependent facial dermatitis; Record after 1 month after treatment, respectively, the two groups after the treatment of patients with clinical effect, clinical symptoms and serum level of IL - 4 cases before and after the treatment, and compared. Results: 1 month after treatment, the total effective rate of group A (57.58%) was lower than that in group B, total effective rate (81.82%). Group B clinical symptom scores and skin condition was lower than that in group A; Compared with before treatment, after treatment the serum IL - 4 levels in group A are significantly higher than group B; P values < 0.05, are statistically significant. Conclusion: the medified wuhua decoction therapy in treating hormone-dependent facial dermatitis clinical treatment effect is good, can reduce the recurrence rate, no obvious adverse reactions. |
