| 目的 观察中药熏蒸(ChineseSherbalSfumigation)结合肌内效贴(kinesio taping)治疗肱骨外上髁炎(lateral epicondylitis,LE)的临床效果。方法 临床纳入40例我科2015年1月至2016年6月收治的肱骨外上髁炎患者,采用随机数字表,将患者分为治疗组和对照组,其中20例患者采用中药熏蒸作为对照组,另外20例患者采用中药熏蒸结合肌内效贴布治疗作为治疗组,治疗前、后采用视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS),日常生活活动能力调查问卷(daily living ability questionnaire,ADL)和无痛握力值(pain-free grip strength,PFG),进行疗效分析和比较。结果 两组治疗结束后VAS评分较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),无痛握力值和ADL评分较治疗前明显增高(P<0.05),且治疗组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论 针对肱骨外上髁炎,单纯的中药熏蒸和中药熏蒸结合肌内效贴布治疗均能改善患者的疼痛、无痛握力和日常生活能力,但中药熏蒸结合肌内效贴的疗效显著优于单纯的中药熏蒸。 |

| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of ChineseSherbalSfumigation combined with kinesio taping effect on lateral epicondyle. Methods: Clinical inclusion of 40 cases of our department from January 2015 to June 2016 patients treated external humeral epicondylitis, using a random number table, the patients were divided into treatment group and control group, twenty patients underwent ChineseSherbalSfumigation as the control group, the other 20 patients were treated by ChineseSherbalSfumigation combined with kinesio taping as the treatment group, before and after treatment, visual analogue scale, daily living ability questionnaire and pain-free grip strength were used to analyze and compare the curative effect. Results: VAS score after treatment in the two groups was significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05), pain-free grip strength and ADL score were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05), and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions: For lateral epicondylitis, Simple ChineseSherbalSfumigation and Chinese herbal fumigation combined with kinesio taping can improve the patient"s pain, pain-free grip strength and daily living ability, but the effect of ChineseSherbalSfumigation combined with kinesio taping was significantly better than the simple ChineseSherbalSfumigation. |
