| 【】目的：对中西医结合“三步复位法”治疗胸腰段脊柱爆裂骨折手术的效果进行调查,并对手术适应症进行讨论。方法：选择我院2013年9月-2015年9月间84例胸腰段脊柱爆裂骨折患者,根据患者入院顺序将其分为两组,单数为观察组,双数为对照组,观察组患者采用中西医结合“三步复位法”进行治疗,对照组患者采用常规手术进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果、术后卧床时间、术后慢性腰痛并发率、术后神经损伤状况以及患者褥疮发生率。结果：观察组患者评价有效率为97.6%,对照组为76.2%；观察组患者慢性腰痛发生率为2.3%,对照组为23.8%；观察组患者神经损伤发生率为0%,对照组为14.0%；观察组患者褥疮发生率为2.3%；对照组为31.0%,比较存在明显差异,P＜0.05。观察组患者卧床时间明显短于对照组,比较存在明显差异,P＜0.05。结论：中西医结合“三步复位法”能够恢复骨折生理解剖位置,降低患者术后并发症、后遗症发生率。但其不适合存在椎管、神经根横断损伤、开放骨折、下肢截瘫患者中。 |

| Objective: To investigate the Integrative Medicine "three-step reduction method" on the troracolumbar burst fractures, and to discuss the surgical indications. Methods: 84 cases of troracolumbar burst fractures patients in our hospital from September 2013 to September 2015 were selected and divided into two group according to the hospitalization orders, the singulars were set as the observation group, and the doubles were set as the control group. The observation group were given Integrative Medicine "three-step reduction method" treatment, and the control group were given conventional surgical treatment. The treatment effects, postoperative time in bed, postoperative complication rate of chronic back pain, postoperative nerve injury status and the incidence of patients with bedsores in these two groups were compared. Results: The evaluation effective rate in the observation group was 97.6%, and control group 76.2%; the incidence of chronic low back pain in the observation group was 2.3%, control group 23.8%; the incidence of nerve injury in the observation group was 0%, control group 14.0%; the incidence of bedsores in the observation group was 2.3%, control group 31.0%, with significant differences, P<0.05. Conclusion: The Integrative Medicine "three-step reduction method" can recover fracture anatomy and physiology position, reduce postoperative complications in patients, the incidence of sequelae. But it does not exist for the spinal canal, nerve root cord injury, open fractures, paraplegia patients. |
