| 【】 目的 观察比较钩针联合肌内效贴与单纯钩针治疗肱骨外上髁炎的疗效差异,为临床治疗本病提供客观的依据。方法将60例门诊就诊的肱骨外上髁炎患者随机分为观察组(30例)、对照组(30例)。观察组采用钩针结合肌内效贴治疗,对照组采用单纯钩针治疗。每隔2日治疗1次,10次为一疗程。治疗1个疗程后观察两组患者治疗前后VAS评分、PFG患侧/MGS健侧 比值的变化情况,并评定两组疗效及半年后复发率。结果(1)两组总体临床疗效比较,观察组总有效率为93.3%(28/30),优于对照组的73.3%(22/30)(P<0.05)；(2)两组治疗后VAS评分、PFG患侧/MGS健侧 比值均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.01),且观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)；(3)半年后治疗组复发率为13.3%(4/30),对照组为56.7%(17/30),观察组的复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 钩针结合肌内效贴治疗肱骨外上髁炎的疗效较单纯钩针治疗具有更为显著疗效,可明显改善肱骨外上髁炎患者的疼痛、握力,且不易复发。 |

| Objective To compare the effect differences of Hook-needle plus Kinesio taping therapy and the simple Hook-needle therapy for treating external humeral epicondylitis so as to provide objective guide for clinical treament . Methods Sixty cases with external humeral epicondylitis were randomly divided into an observation group (30 cases) and a control group (30 cases).In the observation group,the patients received Hook-needle plus Kinesio taping therapy and the patients of the control group were treated with simple Hook-needle therapy.All therapies were given every three days and 10 treatments were taken as one course. After one course of treatment,the changes before and after treatment of the scores of visual analogue scale (VAS),the ratio of pain free grip strength (PFG) affected and maximum grip strength (MGS) unaffected were observed.Also,the therapeutic effects were evaluated after one course of treatment and the recurrence rate was examinated after six months.Result (1)The total efficacy rate was 93.3%(28/30) in the observation group ,which is better than 73.3%(22/30) in the control group (P<0.05).(2) The scores of VAS and the ratio of PFG affected and MGS unaffected were improved after treatment in the two groups(all P<0.01),with superiority in the observation group(all P<0.05).(3)After six months,the recurrence rate was 13.3%(4/30)in the observation group ,which was lower than 56.7%(17/30) in the control group(P<0.01). Conclusions The effect of Hook-needle plus Kinesio taping therapy is superior to the simple Hook-needle therapy in treating external humeral epicondylitis, which can improve the scores of VAS and the ratio of PFG affected and MGS unaffected obviously, and the recurrence rate is lower in the latter. |
