| 目的：探讨肩三针结合Bobath疗法对脑卒中后肩手综合征的治疗效果。方法：选取60例脑卒中后肩手综合征患者为研究对象，随机分为两组。观察组（30例）在Bobath疗法治疗基础上给予肩三针联合治疗。对照组（30例）则仅给予Bobath疗法治疗。治疗8周后，对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果：对照组和观察组上肢Fugl-Meyer评分和VAS评分组内比较，均有显著差异（P<0.05）；两组患者临床疗效对比，对照组为70.00%，观察组有为93.33%，有效率高于对照组。说明治疗后，两组患者都有功能改善，但是治疗后组间比较，观察组的治疗效果优于对照组（P<0.01）。结论：肩三针结合Bobath疗法能显著缓解中风后肩手综合征引起的各种症状。 |

| Objective: To observe the effects of electroacupuncture at 3-Shoulder acupoints combined with Bobath therapy on shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke.Methods:60 patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke were selected and randomly divided into two groups.30 patients in the observation group were given therapy combined electroacupuncture at 3-Shoulder acupoints with Bobath therapy, while the other 30 patients in control were only given Bobath therapy . After 8 weeks treatments, the therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients were compared. Results:After treatment, between the control group and observation group, upper extremity Fugl-Meyer score and VAS score had significant differences (P<0.05); the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared ,70.00% in the control group and 93.33%in the observation group which was higher. After treatment, both groups of patients had functional improvement, but the treatment effect of the observation group was better and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion: The electroacupuncture at 3-Shoulder acupoints combined with Bobath therapy can significantly relieve the symptoms of post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome. |
