| 促性腺激素释放激素类似物(GnRHa)是人工合成的高效促性腺激素释放激素,其所具有的正向调节作用及反向调节作用在临床上应用范围较广。目前GnRHa反向调节作用主要用于治疗性激素依赖性妇科疾病、辅助生殖促排卵环节及治疗儿童中枢性性早熟等。而其正向调节作用则用于治疗特发性低促性腺激素性腺功能减退症、垂体柄中断综合征等。笔者就GnRHa的临床应用进行文献复习并综述如下。 |

| Efficient artificial gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogues, it has the positive regulation and counter-regulatory role in a wide range of clinical applications. Current,GnRHa reverse regulation for the treatment of sex hormone-dependent gynecological diseases, assisted reproductive aspects of ovulation and treatment of central precocious puberty. And its positive regulation for the treatment of idiopathic hypogonadotropin hypogonadism, pituitary stalk interrupt syndrome. The authors review the clinical use of GnRH analogues and review them as follows. |
