| 摘要：目的：为柳叶白前良种选育与种质资源利用提供依据。方法：收集柳叶白前种质资源18份，考察产地经纬度、海拔与农艺性状，用苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖含量，热浸法测定醇溶性浸出物含量，用SPSS与DPS软件进行数据分析。结果：柳叶白前不同种质间多糖、醇溶性浸出物含量、农艺性状均存在极显著差异（P<0.01）；多糖、浸出物含量与产地、农艺性状密切相关，与叶长、叶长宽比、根状茎直径与产量呈显著正相关，各产地中四川与浙江种质多糖与浸出物含量较高；12个考察性状可简化为5个主成分，累计贡献率为91.21%；18个种质可划分为4个类群，类群Ⅰ植株生长势好，根状茎产量、多糖与浸出物含量高。结论：柳叶白前良种选育时，可优先在根状茎发达，高叶长宽比的浙江建德、浙江临安、浙江临海与浙江松阳种质中选择。 |

| Abstract: Objective: To provide advice for superior germplasm selection and resources utilization of C. stauntonii. Method: 18 germplasm resources were collected, longitude, latitude, height and agronomic traits were measured and recorded. Polysaccharose and ethanol-soluble extractives contents of rhizomes were measured by phenol-sulfuric acid and hot-dip methods respectively. The data obtained were analyzed by SPSS and DPS software. Result: There were significantly different among polysaccharose, ethanol-soluble extractives contents and agronomic traits in C. stauntonii from different provenances (P<0.01). There was close relations between the contents and germplasm and agronomic traits, the contents of Zhejiang and Sichuan germplasm presented the best. Meanwhile, there were significantly positive correlation between polysaccharose and ethanol-soluble extractives contents and length of leaves, ratio of length and width of leaves, diameter and dry weight of rhizomes. 12 characters studied could be simplified to 5 principle component which contributed 91.21% variation. 18 germplasm could be divided into 4 groups and the comprehensive characters of first group presented the best. Conclusion: More attention should be paid on the higer dry weight of rhizomes and ratio of length and width of leaves germplasms from Jiande, Lin’an, Linhai and Songyang city from Zhejiang province when superior germplasm selection occurred. |
