| In the treatment of consumptive thirst, Zhang Xi-chun learned from both traditional Chinese and western medicine and mixed them together. He explained pathogenesis by observing objects and analogy; combined reference of pulse and syndrome; cleared the excess and deficiency; created new prescriptions. His inheritance and innovation provided us with valuable experiences in treating diabetes. |
