| 目的：观察豨莶草对大鼠急性痛风性关节炎模型的作用。方法：采用在大鼠后肢右侧踝关节腔内注射尿酸钠的方法建立急性大鼠痛风性关节炎模型，通过考察大鼠的足趾体积、致炎关节组织腔内白介素10(IL-10) 含量的变化，研究豨莶草乙醇提取物对尿酸钠诱导的急性痛风性关节炎的治疗作用。结果：豨莶草对大鼠后肢踝关节的肿胀程度有明显改善，血清中的IL-10有明显升高，且豨莶草醇提组比水提组更明显。结论： 豨莶草乙醇提取物对尿酸钠诱导的急性痛风性关节炎有治疗作用。 |

| Objective: To observe the effect of herba siegesbeckiae on rats with acute gouty arthritis model. Methods: The model of rats with acute gouty arthritis was established by injecting sodium urate into the right ankle joint of the rats’ hindlimb, through the investigation of rats’ toe volume, changes of interleukin-10 (IL-10) contents in inflammatory joint tissue, to study the therapeutic effect of ethanol extract of herba siegesbeckiae on acute gouty arthritis induced by sodium urate. Results: Through the effect of herba siegesbeckiae, swelling degree of the ankle joint of rats’ hindlimb was significantly improved, the IL-10 in the serum significantly increased, and the effect in alcohol extraction group was more obvious than water extraction group. Conclusion: Ethanol extract of herba siegesbeckiae has a therapeutic effect on acute gouty arthritis induced by sodium urate. |
