| 【】 目的 综合文献分析血液灌流(HP)串联血液透析(HD)抢救急性重度有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)的疗效,以指导临床选择最佳的治疗方案。方法 通过计算机检索中文万方数据库CNKI,CBM、PUBMED及手工检索相关中外文文献。纳入研究血液灌流串联血液透析对重度AOPP疗效水平的随机对照实验。由2名实验员分别对纳入的文献进行质量的评价和数据的提取工作,用RevMan 5.2软件进行Meta分析。结果：共5项随机对照实验被纳入,共262例患者,Meta分析结果显示HP串联HD相较于常规治疗组,有统计学差异(Chi2=7.13,95%,CI：1.13-1.39,P=0.0001)。结论 HP串联HD能有效提高重度AOPP患者的疗效。 |

| ObjectiveSAnalysising the curative effect of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis in treatment of acute severe organophosphate pesticide posoining,to guide the best treatment plan of clinical choose.Methods Chinesee wanfang datebase, CNKI, CBM,PUBMED were searched by computer and relevant chinese-foreign language literature were retrieved manually.Including in the randomized controlled trials on studying the curative effect of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis.Quality assessment and data mining were conducted by two independent experimenters who performed meta-analysis using Revman 5.2.Results SA total of 5 reports(262 patients) met the inclusion criteria and were included in this study.The meta-analysis showed that there was a significant differnce between hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis group and the conventional treatment group(Chi2=7.13,95%,Cl：1.13-1.39,P=0.0001).HP combined with HD can effectively improve the curative effect of severe AOPP patients. |
