| 目的 探讨焦虑情绪对脑卒中后共济失调患者康复的影响 方法 对我院2013年1月-2015年12月间的38例脑卒中共济失调的患者，在其入组时接受汉密顿焦虑量表（HAMA）评定，≥14分为焦虑情绪阳性，＜14分为正常。根据评分结果将病人分成两组，一组为对照组20例，病人存在共济失调但无焦虑情绪；另一组为观察组18例，病人存在共济失调且有焦虑情绪。采用Frenkel训练法对两组共济失调患者共同进行康复训练，训练前后采用共济失调量表和改良Barthel指数（Bl）来进行评价。结果与训练前比较，训练15d时，对照组共济失调量表评分明显下降，BI评分明显上升；观察组两项指标无明显变化；两组间比较BI、共济失调量表差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。训练30、90 d时，两组共济失调量表分数均低于治疗前，BI评分均上升，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；组间比较，对照组共济失调量表、BI评分变化更明显（P<0.05，0.01）。结论 焦虑情绪对共济失调患者的康复存在影响。 |

| Objective: To explore the effect of anxiety on the rehabilitation of patients with ataxia after stroke. Methods: In our hospital in January 2013 - December 2015 38 cases of cerebral apoplexy patients with ataxia, accept the Davis JM score at the time of admission, more than 14 cent for anxiety, < 14divided into normal. The patients into two groups according to the results of the score, a group of 20 patients in the control group, patients with ataxia but no anxiety; Another group of 18 patients, the observation group, patients with ataxia and anxiety. Frenkel training method was used to carry out rehabilitation training for the two groups of patients with ataxia. The ataxia scale and modified Barthel Index (BL) were used to evaluate the training before and after training. Results: Adopt international ataxia scale and modified Barthel index ( BI ) score, training 15d, there was no statistical significant difference between the two groups at the same time(p<0.05), the control group compared with before training ataxia rating scale to be markedly reduced, BI score increased significantly; No changes in the two indicators of the observation group.Training 30d and 90 d, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05),two groups of ataxia scores were lower than before treatment, BI score all increased, but the effect is more obvious in the control group(p<0.05,0.01). Conclusion: Anxiety will affect the rehabilitation of patients with ataxia. |
