| 目的: 从临床角度探讨以乳腺局限性腺体增厚为首发表现的乳腺癌。方法: 回顾性分析自 2005年7月至2016年7月收治的以乳腺局限性腺体增厚为首发表现的乳腺癌患者的临床资料,就其临床特征、影像表现、治疗方式、病理类型及生物学表现进行总结分析。结果: 共收治以乳腺局限性腺体增厚为首发表现的乳腺癌患者112例,术后常规病理证实浸润性导管癌69例,浸润性小叶癌13例,浸润性微乳头状癌3例,导管内癌局灶浸润12例,导管内癌11例,导管内乳头状瘤恶变2例,乳头状癌1例,粘液腺癌1例。其中早期乳腺癌占22.3%,大多数为进展期乳腺癌。结论: 乳腺局限性增厚在临床筛查乳腺癌时应予以重视。 |

| Objective: To explore breast cancer first presentation characterized by local thickening of mammary gland through a clinical point of view. Methods: The clinical data analyzed retrospectively for the breast cancer patients first presentation characterized by local thickening of mammary gland during July 2005 to July 2016, including clinical features, imaging findings, treatment modality ,pathological types, and biological manifestations. Results: Among the 112 cases, 69 were invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast, 13 were invasive lobular carcinoma,3 were invasive micropapillary carcinoma, 12 were ductal carcinoma in situ with focal invasion, 11 were ductal carcinoma in situ, 2 were intraductal carcinoma in situ, 1 case was papillary carcinoma and 1 case was mucinous breast carcinoma. The early breast cancer accounted for 22.3%, the majority is advanced breast cancer. Conclusion: The local thickening of mammary gland should be pay attention to. |
