| 目的 从中医体质学说和母-胎免疫调节机制,探讨中医体质类型与Th1/Th2型细胞因子的相关性,得出复发性流产患者体质的分布特点以及细胞因子水平的差异性,为中医药辨体调质预防和治疗复发性流产提供理论依据。方法 收集2015年1月至2015年06月于浙江省立同德生殖免疫科就诊的复发性流产患者的中医体质辨识结果和细胞因子检测结果,采用SPSS19.0软件进行相关性分析。结果 ①180例复发性流产患者体质类型主要有阳虚质46例,占总数25.6%；平和质27例,占总数15%；阴虚质30例,占总数16.7%；气虚质23例,占总数12.8%；气郁质20例,占总数11.1%。②复发性流产群体中,气虚质患者TNF-α水平最高,与其他各组有统计学差异(P<0.05)；阴虚质患者IL-4水平最低,与其他各组有统计学差异(P<0.05)；在IFN-γ、IL-2、IL-6、IL-10各组间比较,未发现明显组间差异(p>0.05)；各体质类型之间Th1/Th2比值之间比较未见明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 Th1/Th2型细胞因子水平与复发性流产患者中医体质类型中的气虚质、阴虚质有一定的相关性,可做为复发性流产中医辨体调质的理论依据之一。 |

| Objective Directed by the the Constitution of traditional Chinese medicine and the maternal fetal immune regulation mechanism, to observe the relationship between Th1/Th2 type cytokines and TCM Constitution, to compare distribution characteristics of TCM Constitution and differences of cytokine in recurrent spontaneous abortion patients whether being pregnant or not. In order to provide a theoretical basis for the Chinese medicine differentiation and the prevention and treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion. Methods To collect the results of TCM constitution and cytokine in recurrent spontaneous abortion , who saw a doctor in the Reproductive Immunology Department of Tongde Hospital of Zhejiang Province from Jan 2015 to Jun 2015. Data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 software. Results In 180 cases of recurrent spontaneous abortion patients, Yang deficiency in 46 cases, accounting for 25.6% of the total; normal constitution in 27 cases, accounting for 15% of the total; Ying deficiency in 30 cases, accounting for 16.7% of the total; Qi deficiency in 23 cases, accounting for 12.8% of the total; Qi stagnation constitution in 20 cases, accounting for 11.1% of the total;②In 180 cases of recurrent spontaneous abortion patients, the level of TNF-α in Qi deficiency is significantly higher than that in the other groups(p<0.05); the level of IL-4 in Ying deficiency is significantly lower than that in the other groups(p<0.05); there is no significant difference among others about IFN-γ,IL-2,IL-6,IL-10(p>0.05); there is no significant difference between TCM constitution and Th1/Th2 cytokine .Conclusion Th1 / Th2 type cytokines levels and recurrent abortion patients with TCM constitution type of qi deficiency, Yin deficiency quality has certain relevance, it is a recurrent abortion distinguishes the body is one of the theoretical basis for the quality of traditional Chinese medicine. |
