| 目的：观察滋阴益气法治疗气阴两虚型感冒后咳嗽的临床疗效。方法：选取58例证属气阴两虚型感冒后咳嗽患者,将其随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组30例,治疗组28例。对照组予以复方甲氧那明胶囊日3次每次2粒口服；治疗组予以益气滋阴,润喉利咽中药(北沙参、黄芪、天花粉、浙贝母、玄参、连翘、牛蒡子、金沸草、炒白芍、桔梗、薄荷、炙甘草)煎服,分别于治疗前及治疗2周后记录中医症状积分、咳嗽积分及LCQ评分,并统计各类积分及疗效,观察两组的不良反应。结果：治疗组总有效率为85.7%,对照组总有效率为86.7%；两组治疗前后咳嗽积分比较有显著性差异(P＜0. 05)；两组治疗前后LCQ积分比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05),治疗组与对照组比较亦有显著性差异(P＜0.05)且治疗组优于对照组；治疗组无不良反应。结论：滋阴益气法治疗气阴两虚型感冒后咳嗽疗效显著,可有效改善咳嗽积分及LCQ评分,且不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of rule Yiqiziyin to treat the patients with deficiency of both Qi and Yin in cough after cold. Methods: 58 cases of patients with deficiency of both Qi and Yin in cough after cold were randomly divided into control group ( n =30) and observation group( n = 28).The patients in control group were given Compound Methoxyphenamine Hydrochloride Capsules 3 times a day . The patients in observation group were given the Chinese prescription based on the rule of tonifing qi and yin and relieving sore-throat. Results: Observation group" s total effectiveness was 85.7% and the control group" s 86.7%; the cough integration is of obvious significance in the two groups (P＜0. 05); the LCQ integration is of obvious significance in and between the two separate groups (P＜0. 05) while the observation group is better than the control group; there is no untoward effects in observation group. Conclusion: The rule of Yiqiziyin is effective in treating the patients with deficiency of both Qi and Yin in cough after cold, improving the integration of cough and LCQ with less untoward effects and worth spreading in clinical application. |
