| 目的：止嗽理肺汤治疗非重症社区获得性肺炎（CAP）的临床有效性及经济性。方法：将73例CAP患者随机分为治疗组37例、对照组36例，治疗组予基础治疗+止嗽理肺汤；对照组予基础治疗。结果：治疗组与对照组初始治疗有效率比较，无明显差异（P>0.05)；但愈显率比较，差异明显（P<0.05），治疗组抗生素静脉内使用时间少于对照组，生活质量改善情况优于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗组与对照组的总成本比较，无明显差异（P>0.05）；但治疗组西药成本明显少于对照组，成本-效果比明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：止嗽理肺汤配合西药常规治疗对CAP疗效肯定，能减少抗生素的使用时间和使用量，改善患者的生活质量；中药早期介入治疗CAP具有经济性。 |

| Objective: To observe the effects and economical efficiency of Zhisoulifei decoction on community-acquired pneumonia (CAP). Methods: 73 patients with CAP were randomly divided into treatment group (37 cases) and control group (36 cases). Patients in treatment group were treated with Zhisoulifei decoction based on the basic treatment, and patients in control group received basic treatment. Results: There was no significiantdifference in the initial effective rate in two groups(P>0.05)，but there was significiantdifference in the markedly effective rate(P<0.05). Compared with control group, the days of antibiotic consumption of patients in treatment group were shortened significantly; patients’ quality of life was improved superiorly(P<0.05).There was no significiantdifference in the total cost of the treatment in two groups(P>0.05).The cost of westernmedi cine in treatment group was obviously less than control group, cost-effectiveness in treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Zhisoulifei decoction combined with basic treatment was a effective therapy for CAP, it could reduce the duration of antibiotic consumption and improve the quality of life.Traditional Chinese medicine early in treatment of CAP is more economical. |
