| 目的：探讨中药联合情志疗法对早期先兆流产的临床疗效以及对分娩方式、喂养方式、新生儿身高、体重的影响。方法：2013年3月-2015年12月杭州市中医院收治的早期先兆流产症状自评量表(SCL-90量表)调查发现GSI>160患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组给予中药联合情志疗法,对照组给予中药,分别治疗3周,比较两组治疗前后的SCL-90评分、随访治愈率、分娩方式、喂养方式、新生儿出生、体重。结果:两组间先兆流产治愈率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；3周后治疗组SCL-90量表评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),减分率具有统计学差异(P<0.05)；治疗组剖宫产率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗组母乳喂养率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)；两组新生儿身高、体重差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论: 中医辩证联合情志疗法治疗早期先兆流产可显著改善患者心理状态,从而降低剖宫产率、提高母乳喂养率。 |

| Objective: To investigate clinical curative effect of traditional chinese medicine combined with psychological therapy on early threatened abortion。Methods: From March 2013 to December 2015,the early threatened abortion patient who’s SCL-90 survey GSI>160, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was were treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with psychological therapy, the control group received traditional Chinese medicine, compared two groups of treatment, three weeks after treated with the symptom checklist (SCL-90) score and the adverse reactions of the two groups.Results: The cure rate of treatment group was no significant difference (P>0.05); after 3 weeks of treatment, group SCL-90 scores were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05), the reduction rate was statistically significant (P<0.05); the treatment group cesarean section rate was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05); the treatment group breastfeeding rate was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05); the two groups had no statistically significant difference in neonatal height and weight (P>0.05).Conclusion: TCM combined with psychological therapy shows promise as an effective treatment forSearly threatened abortion. |
