| 目的：探讨针刺联合中药治疗阴虚火旺型围绝经期烘热症状的临床疗效及安全性。方法：采用随机平行对照的试验方法，治疗组采用清心滋肾汤联合针刺治疗，对照组予清心滋肾汤治疗。将两组综合疗效及治疗前后患者平均24小时烘热积分、性激素水平进行对比观察，并记录不良事件。结果：治疗组总有效率为80.65%，对照组为65.52%，两组间疗效有明显差异(P<0.05)。两组治疗后平均24小时烘热积分均明显下降，且治疗组优于对照性(P<0.05)，治疗3个月后随访，治疗组患者的平均24小时烘热积分低于对照组（P<0.05）。两组均可升高E2水平，降低FSH、LH水平，但治疗组在改善FSH、LH水平方面优于对照组(P<0.05)，3个月后随诊，治疗组E2水平高于对照组，治疗组FSH、LH水平下降幅度较对照组明显(P<0.05)。结论：针药联合对阴虚火旺型围绝经期烘热患者的治疗效果优于单用中药组，且维持时间长，不易复发。 |

| Abstract:[Objective]To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of the acupuncture combined with medicine therapy in perimenopausal hot flash due to yin-deficiency and fire-excess.[Methods]This study was a randomized and parallel controlled trial.The treatment group was given qing xin zi shen decoction with acupuncture therapy,the control group was only given qing xin zi shen decoction.Observing the comprehensive efficacy,the average 24 hours hot flash integration,sex hormone levels of two groups before and after treatment,and adverse events were recorded. [Results]The treatment group total effective rate was 80.65%, the control group was 65.52%, the curative effect between the two groups had significant difference (P < 0.05).The average 24 hours hot flash integration of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower.The treatment group was better than that of the control group.Treatment after 3 months follow-up, the treatment group ’s average 24 hours hot flash integration was still lower than that of the control group.Two groups both could rise the level of E2 and reduce the level of FSH and LH.But the treatment group in improving the the level of FSH and LH were better than that in control group(P<0.05).Treatment after 3 months follow-up,the treatment group ’s level of E2 was higer than the control group.The treatment group ’s level of FSH and LH were still lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]
The treatment effect of the acupuncture combined with medicine was better than the medicine alone group, and maintain a long time. |
