| 目的 探讨八段锦及步行运动对2型糖尿病患者餐后血糖的影响。方法 22例2型糖尿病患者,早餐后1h起分别行30min八段锦或步行运动,检测患者空腹、运动前、运动后、中餐前血糖,及运动前、运动中及运动后脉率,计算不同运动下的最大耗氧量(VO2max)。结果 八段锦及步行运动后,运动后及中餐前血糖较空白对照均有明显下降(P<0.05),而八段锦组运动后血糖尽管略高于步行组,两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。八段锦组运动时及运动后脉率(P<0.05)、VO2max(P<0.01)低于步行组。结论 八段锦作为中小强度有氧运动,可以有效改善2型糖尿病患者餐后血糖,其降糖作用与中等强度步行运动相当,八段锦为2型糖尿病患者安全、经济、简便的运动治疗方式。 |

| Objective To investigate the effects of Baduanjin and walking exercise on postprandial blood glucose of type 2 diabetes patients. Methods Twenty-two patients with type 2 diabetes were included, and performed 30 minutes’ Baduanjin or walking exercise 1 hour after breakfast. The levels of blood glucose were monitored four times (fasting blood glucose, before exercise, after exercise, before lunch), and also pluse rates before, during and after exercise were measured, and calculated for maximal oxygen consumption (VO2max) of different exercises. Results The levels of blood glucose after exercise and before lunch were significantly decreased both after Baduanjin and walking exercise compared with the control. There was no significant difference between blood glucose after Baduanjin and walking exercise, despite the slightly higher blood glucose in Baduanjin group than in walking group. Pluse rates during and after Baduanjin were lower than walking exercise, and VO2max was also lower in Baduanjin group than in walking group. Conclusion As small or medium-intensity aerobic exercise, Baduanjin exercise can improve postprandial blood glucose in type 2 diabetes effectively, with fairly hypoglycemic effect of moderate-intensity walking exercise. Baduanjin is safe, economical and simple exercise for type 2 diabetes patients. |
