| 目的：观察中药复方二地养阴涩肠汤治疗盆腔恶性肿瘤放疗后放射性直肠炎的临床疗效。方法：将自2011年1月-2014年12月本院收治的60例放射性直肠炎患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组30例,分别予以二地养阴涩肠汤及思密达一贯新克混合液保留灌肠,于放疗终止并且症状缓解至Ⅰ度或以下时结束治疗,观察症状改善的积分、缓解所需时间、有效率。结果：试验组患者治疗后的便血、腹痛、大便性状频率及排便异常感觉等临床症状积分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(p＜0.05)；试验组症状改善及痊愈所需治疗时间(8天、16天)明显短于对照组(12天、22天),差异具有统计学意义(p＜0.05)；试验组患者治疗后有效率93.33%高于对照组70%,差异具有统计学意义(p＜0.05)；两组均无明显不良反应。结论：二地养阴涩肠汤保留灌肠治疗放射性直肠炎安全有效。 |

| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine compound decoction to treat radiation proctitis of pelvic malignant tumors after radiotherapy. Methods: 60 cases suffering from radiation proctitis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 30 cases respectively, from January 2011 to December 2014. The control group were treated with the mixed retention enema of Montmorillonite Powder and Compound Vitamin B12 Solution, while the experimental group were treated with Chinese medicine compound decoction as retention enema.Two groups finished treatment by the end of radiotherapy, meanwhile symptomatic relief to Grade I or lower than Grade I. Scores and time required of symptomatic relief and effective rate of two groups were recorded. Results: Scores of symptomatic relief in the experimental group were better than another group(p＜0.05). Both times required of symptomatic relief and recovery in the experimental group(8 days, 16 days) were shorter than the control group(12 days, 22 days),(p＜0.05). The effective rate in the experimental group(93.33%) was higher than another group(70%),(p<0.05). Both groups had no significant adverse reaction. Conclusion: Chinese medicine compound decoction is a safe and effective retention enema to treat radiation proctitis. |
