| 摘要：结直肠癌是常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一，其发病率在我国呈逐年上升趋势。现代学者就中医以健脾法为基础治疗结直肠癌方面已做诸多研究，主要包括抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、抑制结直肠癌血管内皮生长因子的形成、免疫调控、控制耐药等方面。本文将中医药治疗结直肠癌的实验室研究进展做一综述，并分析其主要机制，为中医以健脾法为基础治疗结直肠癌的更深入研究及临床运用提供依据。 |

| Abstract：Colorectal cancer is a common malignant tumor of the digestive system, and its incidence has an upward trend in Chinese. Modern scholars has done a lot of researches on the traditional Chinese medicine based on invigorate the spleen method，mainly include inhibiting tumor cell proliferation、inducing tumor cell apoptosis、reducing vascular endothelial growth factor production、regulateing immunity, reducing drug resistance,etc. This paper summarizes the progress in research of anti-colorectal cancer effects of traditional Chinese medicine based on invigorate the spleen method in terms of mechanisms of action, For the more in-depth study and clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine based oninvigorate the spleen method to treat colorectal cancer provide evidence. |
