| 通过跟师临证学习和收集整理何老师应用治疣饮加减治疗扁平疣的医案,分析和阐述何老师对扁平疣病因病机的认识以及对扁平疣的治疗经验,何老师认为扁平疣病因病机总为肝虚血燥,外感风热邪毒,凝结搏于肌肤,或肝气郁结,肝失疏泄,气滞血瘀所导致,当从肝论治。治疗上注重平肝潜阳,重用磁石、珍珠母、代赭、石牡蛎四药,佐以清热解毒、行气化瘀、软坚散结之品,从而较好的临床疗效,值得临床学习和借鉴,并列举何老师应用治疣饮加减治疗扁平疣的病案1则。 |
