| ［］：乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤,近年来,乳腺癌的发病率逐年上升,严重威胁着女性的身心健康。三阴性乳腺癌作为乳腺癌亚型中的一种特殊亚型,目前缺乏明确的针对性治疗,临床上治疗仅以化疗为主,由于化疗的耐药性也会使治疗受到一定限制。靶向治疗及免疫治疗等新方案尚处于临床研究中,真正应用到病人还需要很长时间。中医药在治疗三阴性乳腺癌中逐渐发挥了独特优势。本文回顾了近年来单味中药、中药提取物及中药复方在治疗三阴性乳腺癌的研究进展。 |

| Abstract: Breast cancer is the most common malignancy in women. In recent years, the morbidity of breast cancer has increased by years which had a serious threat to women's physical and mental health. As the most peculiar subtype of all the breast cancer subtypes, Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC) still has a lack of definitive therapy, chemotherapy is the only way in clinical, but due to chemotherapy resistance , there still have some restrictions. And targeted therapy , immunotherapy and other new programs are still in clinical research, it also takes a long time when these new programs can be used to the patient. Traditional Chinese medicine has given play to the particular advantage in treatment of TNBC. This article has reviewed the progress of treatment of Triple-negative breast cancer in single Chinese herb, Chinese herb extracts and Chinese herbal compound for the past few years. |
