| 目的：观察生物信息反馈红外治疗仪对软组织损伤(颈肩腰腿痛)的临床疗效。方法：将160例患者随机分为实验组80例和对照组80例,实验组予生物信息反馈红外治疗仪,对照组予特定电磁波(TDP)治疗仪。结果：(1)临床疗效：两种治疗仪对软组织损伤(颈肩腰腿痛)的治疗均有效,实验组有效率为97.5%,显著高于对照组的有效率87.5%(P﹤0.05)；(2)症状积分：实验组与对照组比较,第5次治疗及第5次以后的症状积分减低有显著差异(P﹤0.05)。结论：生物信息反馈红外治疗仪和TDP治疗仪治疗软组织损伤(颈肩腰腿痛)均有效,但生物信息反馈红外治疗仪的临床疗效和症状积分改善幅度显著优于TDP治疗仪,起效快,效果满意,患者依从性强,值得临床应用推广。 |

| ion Objective: Observe the clinical efficacy of B Biological information feedback infrared therapeutic apparatus treatment soft tissue injury (instrument in the treatment of neck and shoulder pain).Method：160 patients were randomly divided into treatment group (n=80) and control group (n=80). The treatment group was treated with biological information thunderbolt pimples and infants.
