| 目的 探讨质量持续改进对减少静脉用药调配中心差错的成效,保障患者输液安全。方法 归纳分析本院静脉药物调配中心2015年1月至2016年12月发生的差错件数,质量持续改进前后的对比。 结果 通过质量持续改进措施,PIVAS药物调配过程中的差错率由2015年的0.028%改善至2016年的0.012%,差错降幅57.4%。 结论 静脉用药调配中心通过建立完善的质量控制体系,并加强管理等防范措施,有效降低差错发生,保障患者输液安全。 |
