| 摘要 目的: 探讨在基层医院中广泛开展腹腔镜下子宫腹壁悬吊术治疗子宫脱垂的有效性和安全性。方法:对我院2013年1月至2016年1月妇科进行腹腔镜下子宫腹壁悬吊术的15例子宫脱垂患者的临床资料及随访记录进行回顾性分析。结果: 手术时间为(50~60)min,术中出血量为(20~50) mL,手术进展顺利,术中无转开腹手术情况发生;对患者术后随访(12~42)个月,患者恢复情况令人满意。结论: 对于前来基层医院就诊的子宫脱垂患者,应用腹腔镜下腹壁子宫悬吊术治疗具有诸多优势,该术式可保留子宫完整,出血量较少、手术时间较短、术后恢复快,少有并发症发生,且该手术花费较低,宜在基层医院广泛推广。 |

| Abstract Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of laparoscopic uterine suspension for uterine prolapse. Method:The clinical data and follow up record of 15 patients with uterine prolapse undergoing laparoscopic uterine suspension were retrospectively analyzed. Result: The operation time (50~60) min, intraoperative blood loss (20~50) mL, followed up for (12~42) months, and the patient's recovery was satisfactory. Conclusion: Application of laparoscopic uterine suspension in the treatment of uterine prolapse can retain the integrity of the uterus, the technology has the advantages of less trauma, less bleeding, shorter operation time, faster recovery and less complications. The operation is economical, safe and reliable. |
