| 目的：评估中药方“糖微方”对早期糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效。方法：采用单盲、随机对照临床试验研究方法，入选40例早期糖尿病视网膜病变（DR）患者，糖微方治疗组20例（40只眼），羟苯磺酸钙对照组20例(40只眼)，疗程3个月。治疗前后通过眼底彩色照相检测眼底出血点变化，以及利用IMAGEnet2000软件定量测量眼底出血面积大小及眼底动脉管径大小变化等指标评价疗效。结果：与对照组比较，治疗组眼底出血点数量明显减少（P＜0.05）；出血面积治疗组较对照组明显缩小（P＜0.05）；眼底动脉管径治疗组较对照组明显增加（P＜0.05）；结论：糖微方能有效改善早期糖尿病视网膜病变的发生，缩小眼底出血面积。 |

| Objective：To evaluate the effects of Tangwei Fomula on the diabetic retinopathy.
Methods：40 patients were enrolled into a Designing single-blind randomized controlled trial, and divided into Tangwei Fomula group (N=20) and control group(N=20) , which received Tangwei Fomula or with calcium dobesilate treatment for 3 months respectively. Patients received periodic detailed fundus examinations with IMAGEnet2000 software for the therapeutic evaluation.
Results：The numbers of retinal bleeding in Tangwei Fomula group is significantly reduced when compared with the controlled group（P＜0.05）. The bleeding area on the eyeground in Tangwei Fomula group are significantly decreased when compared with the controlled group（P＜0.05）. The caliber of retinal blood vessels in Tangwei Fomula group is significantly enlarged when compared with the controlled group（P＜0.05）.
Conclusion: By the quantitative assessment, It can be concluded from this study that Chinese medicine Tangwei Fomula is effectively ameliorates the diabetic retinopathy. |
