| 目的：观察中药海桐皮汤熏洗联合玻璃酸钠注射对膝骨性关节炎氧自由基含量的影响及疗效。 方法：择取在本院接受治疗的60位已诊断为膝骨性关节炎的患者，根据随机原则，设立治疗组及对照组，每组30人，60名患者均行玻璃酸钠注射治疗，每周1次，1支/次，治疗组同时用海桐皮汤熏洗患膝1次/日，而对照组同时予洛索洛芬钠片1片口服，1日3次； 共治疗5周。分别在治疗前，治疗5周后留取关节液，并测定其氧自由基相关因子SOD、NO及MDA的含量，进行比较。同时参考《中药新药临床研究指导原则》对治疗结果进行疗效判定。 结果：2组关节液中 SOD、 NO、 MDA含量对比，治疗前，组间相比较无显著性差异（ P＞0.05），治疗前后对比，2组均存在显著性差异( P＜0.05)，治疗后2组间进行比较，无显著性差异（ P＞0.05）。5周疗程完毕，治疗组中治愈例数：7例，显效例数：11例，有效例数：10例，无效例数：2例，对照组中治愈例数：6例、显效例数：12例、有效例数：9例、无效例数：3例（有效率90%）。治疗组不良反应发生率0%。对照组出现8例上腹部不适患者，不良反应发生率26.7%。 结论：两种方法均能使膝骨性关节炎氧自由基含量产生显著变化，能有效缓解关节功能障碍，促使关节功能改善，但海桐皮汤熏洗联合玻璃酸钠注射对膝骨性关节患者副反应更小， 在临床上更值得推广。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Haitang Pi Tang fumigation combined with sodium hyaluronate injection in the treatment of knee .Methods Select 60 cases of senile knee osteoarthritis patients, and according to the principle of random, establish treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group, two groups of patients underwent intraarticular injection Sofast 1 time a week, the treatment group with Haitongpi Decoction fumigation affected knee 1 times / day, control group oral Loxoprofen Sodium Tablets, 1 tablet / time, 3 times / day for 5 weeks. Respectively before treatment and after 5 weeks of treatment, content of SOD、NO and MDA。《Chinese medicine new medicine clinical research guiding principle》was used to evaluate the knee function beforetreatment , after 5weeks of treatment . And observe the adverse reactions during the treatment. Results Before the treatment, the treatment group compared with control group, The difference of SOD, NO and MDA content, was not statistically significant (P> 0.05),
Comparison between before and after cure, the differences were obvious in each team(P＜0.05). Treatment was completed,,the difference was not obvious between two teams(P<0.05). After 5 weeks cure, treatment team has 7 cured cases , 11 obviously effective cases, 10 effectivity cases and 2 cases were ineffective .In contrast team,cured cases were 6 , obviously effective cases were12 , efficacious cases were 9,invalid cases were 3 , There was no signific ant difference about clinical curative effect between two groups (P> 0.05) .There were no adverse reactions in the treatment group.In the control group, there were 8 cases of adverse reactions, 2 groups had statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion Two methods can perfect the content of SOD、NO and MDA ，effectively improve the joint dysfunction, promote recovery of joint function, but Haitongpi Decoction fumigation combined with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate treatment of senile knee osteoarthritis low toxic side effect,in linical practice is more worth promoting. |
