| 目的 探讨 PPH 联合直肠前突修补术治疗直肠前突的临床疗效。方法 选取 2014 年 7 月至 2017年 7 月在丽水市人民医院治疗的中重度直肠前突患者 66例实施PPH联合直肠前突修补术。结果 患者手术均顺利完成，无术中及术后并发症。结论 PPH联合直肠前突修补术，不增加手术时间、出血量、住院时间，不影响恢复时间，具有疗效确切、症状改善明显、复发率低等优点，是直肠前突较好的治疗方式。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of PPH in combined with rectocele repair in the treatment of rectocele ( RC) .Methods 66 patients with rectal protrusion who were treated in our Lishui hospital From July 2014 to July 2017 were selected as study subject. Results The patients were successfully performed ,and there were no complications. Conclusion Anterior rectum repair combined with PPH can significantly improve patients’ defecation situation, and decrease the inci-dence of complications. It has significant clinical effect and great clinical potential. |
