| 目的：探寻中医对EGFR-TKI相关皮疹的治法及用药规律，为进一步临床应用及研究提供思路。方法：采用计算机检索与人工检索结合的方法，对中医治疗EGFR-TKI相关皮疹的文献进行分析，应用Frequencie法进行数据处理。结果：共纳入论文18篇，共用药192味次，高频药物依次为生甘草、金银花、生地黄。高频药物性多为寒；药味多为甘、苦、辛；归经多为心、肝、胃、肺经；证型多见风热型、湿热型、血热型。治法可分为祛邪及扶正两方面，祛邪包括：清热、疏风、凉血、祛湿、化痰、化瘀、解毒、理气8法，扶正包括：养阴、养血、补气3法，单用祛邪者占44.4%，单用扶正者5.6%，攻补兼施者50%。处方涉及五味消毒饮、疏风解毒消疹方、银翘散、凉血消风散、荆防四物汤等。结论：目前对EGFR-TKI相关皮疹的中医治疗尚未形成统一的规范，治则治法尚属摸索阶段，临证多以“热”、“虚”、“风”、“毒”、“湿”为辨证要点，以“清热”、“疏风”、“补虚”为治疗要点。在今后的实践中，有必要展开大样本的临床试验，以期对中药治疗有更具体的指导意义。 |

| To explore the treatment and medication rules of TCM on EGFR-TKI associated rash, provide ideas for further studies and clinical application. Methods:Using the method of computer retrieval and manual retrieval, the paper analyzed the literatures of treating EGFR-TKI related rash and used Frequencie method for data processing. Results: In total, 18 papers were included in the paper, with a total of 192 taste drugs, and the high frequency drugs were shenggancao, jinyinhua, shengdihuang. High frequency drugs are mostly cold; The taste of medicine is mostly Sweet, bitter and spicy; The meridian tropism is mostly Heart, liver, Stomach, Lung; The mostly syndromes were wind-heat type, damp-heat type and blood-heat type. The treatment can be divided into two aspects. Eliminate pathogenic therapy includes: Clearing away the heat-evil, Dispelling wind, Cooling blood, Dissolving dampness, Remove blood stasis, Reduce phlegm, Expelling superficial evils, and Regulating qi.Strengthening body resistance treatment includes: Nourishing yin, Nourish blood, Reinforcing qi. Drive away evil make up 44.4 percent, Strengthening Body Resistance make up 5.6 percent, Reinforcement and Elimination make up 50 percent. The Prescription including Wuweixiaoduyin, Shufengjieduxiaozhenfang, Yinqiaosan, Liangxuexiaofengsan, Jinfangziwutang and so on. Conclusion: At present on the TCM treatment of EGFR-TKI related rash has not yet formed a unified specification, therapeutic treatment is still groping stage. Take "Hot", "virtual", "wind", "poison" and "wet" as the key points of dialectic and take "clearing away the heat", "Dispelling wind", "Strengthening body resistance" as the key point of treatment. In the future practice, it is necessary to carry out clinical trials of large samples with a view to more specific guiding significance for TCM treatment. |
