      目的:研究施用蚕沙发酵肥对连作杭白菊植株性状、产量和药材品质的影响。方法:用蚕沙发酵肥处理连作土壤,以存株率、株高、分枝数和鲜花产量等指标考察不同处理的效果,并分析各处理杭白菊药材中有效成分含量。结果:施用蚕沙发酵肥能显著提高连作杭白菊田间存株率、株高和分枝数。药材产量以石灰+蚕沙酵肥处理最高,较连作对照增加了118.6%,且与轮作对照无显著性差异;蚕沙酵肥高组药材产量较连作对照增加107.0%;蚕沙或蚕沙酵肥的高施用量组产量均显著性高于同一低组的药材产量,说明增施蚕沙肥料,有利于增加杭白菊鲜花产量。蚕沙酵肥高组和石灰+蚕沙酵肥组的各有效成分含量最接近于轮作对照。结论:连作种植前,用适量熟石灰中和土壤酸性,结合施用发酵蚕沙有机肥,能有效提高连作杭白菊存株率,降低发病率,提高药材产量和药材品质,一定程度上缓解了杭白菊连作障碍。

      Objective: To study the effects of applying silkworm sponge fertilizer on the plant characters, yield and quality of the chrysanthemum. Methods: the soil was treated with Silkworm sofa ferment fertilizer, The effects of different treatments were investigated with the indexes of plant storage rate, plant height, branch number and flower yield, and the effective components in the treatments of Chrysanthemum morifolium were analyzed. Results: Applying Silkworm excrement can significantly increase the rate of seedlings, plant height and branch number. The yield of lime + silkworm excrement fermentation fertilizer treatment was the highest, compared to the control by 118.6%, and there was no significant difference between the control and rotation; The high fertilizer group of silkworm excrement fermentation increased by 107% compared to the control group; the high dosage group were significantly higher than the low group shows that the yield of the fresh flower was beneficial to the increase of the silkworm, Silkworm excrement fermentation high fertilizer group and lime + silkworm excrement ferment fertilizer group the content of effective components closest to the rotation control. Conclusion: Neutralize the soil with lime before planting, the application of silkworm excrement fermentation of organic fertilizer can effectively improve the plant storage rate of chrysanthemum, reduce morbidity, improve the quality of Chinese medicinal materials yield and, to some extent alleviate the obstacles of continuous cropping chrysanthemum.
