| 目的：探讨金天格胶囊合并氨基葡萄糖对膝关节骨关节炎的临床疗效。
方法：选取120例门诊诊断为膝关节骨关节炎的患者，随机分为金天格胶囊组、氨基葡萄糖组和中西药合用组，均常规剂量服用相应药物12周，比较三组患者治疗前后膝关节疼痛相关评分及药物相关不良事件发生情况。
结果：经12周口服药物治疗后，三组患者膝关节炎病人疼痛指数（Lequesne Index）和VAS评分均较治疗前改善明显，其中中西药合用组患者与单用氨基葡萄糖组患者相比，前者疼痛症状评分下降更为明显，且差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。
结论：金天格胶囊合并氨基葡萄糖对膝关节骨关节炎疗效明显，与分别单药使用相比能更加有效缓解膝关节骨关节炎引起的疼痛相关症状。 |

| Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Jintiange capsule combined with glucosamine on knee osteoarthritis.
Methods: A total of 120 outpatients diagnosed as knee osteoarthritis were recruited. Patients were randomly divided into Jintiange capsule group, glucosamine group and Chinese and Western medicine combined group. All the patients were given conventional doses for 12 weeks. The three groups were evaluated before and after treatment with joint pain related score and drug-related adverse events.
Results: After 12 weeks of oral drug treatment, the knee pain index (Lequesne Index) and VAS score of three groups of patients with knee arthritis improved significantly compared with those before treatment. Compared with glucosamine group, pain scores in Chinese and Western medicine combination group patients decreased more significantly with statistical difference (P <0.05).
Conclusion: Jintiange capsule combined glucosamine showed obvious curative effect on knee osteoarthritis, which can relieve pain-related symptoms caused by osteoarthritis of knee joint more effectively than single drug use. |
