| 目的：探讨普瑞巴林对糖尿病周围神经痛患者VAS评分和TNF-α、IL-6细胞因子的作用。方法：选择78例糖尿病周围神经痛患者，随机分为普瑞巴林组（治疗组）和阿米替林组（对照组）。治疗结束后进行VAS疼痛评分，血清TNF-α、IL-6的差异评价。结果：治疗组在改善VAS疼痛评分和血清TNF-α、IL-6值方面，效果优于对照组，相比有显著性差异，P＜0.01.结论：普瑞巴林治疗糖尿病神经痛，症状改善明显，且可能是通过降低TNF-α和IL-6水平来发挥作用的。 |

| Objective: To investigate the effect of Pregabalin in VAS score，TNF-α and IL-6 cytokines in patients with Diabetic neuralgia.Methods: 78 cases of DPNP patients were randomly divided into the Pregabalin group (treatment group) and the Amitriptyline group (control group). VAS pain score，Serum TNF- alpha and IL-6 were evaluated after treatment.Results: The treatment group in improving VAS pain score, Serum TNF-α and IL-6, better than the control group, compared to a significant difference, P<0.01.Conclusion: Pregabalin significantly improved the symptoms of diabetic neuropathic pain, and it could be done by lowering the levels of TNF-α Hand IL-6. |
