| 目的：通过分析1例急性支气管肺炎合并肝功能损害患儿的治疗过程，探讨临床药师在临床药物治疗中实施药学监护的方法及其作用。方法：临床药师参与患儿药物治疗的全过程，对药物选择，剂量调整，不良反应处理提出建议。结果：通过临床药师对患儿的药学监护提出合理的治疗建议，使患儿达到理想的治疗效果。结论：临床药师参与药物治疗，从药学角度提出建议，提高临床的用药安全性。 |

| Objective: Through analyzing the treatment process in a child patient with acute bronchial pneumonia and liver function damage, to investigate the role and method of clinical pharmacists implementing pharmaceutical care in clinical drug treatment. Methods: Clinical pharmacists participated in the whole therapy process, providing suggestions in drug selection, dosage adjustment, and treatment of adverse reaction. Results: Through providing reasonable therapy suggestions to the pharmaceutical care for the child by Clinical pharmacists, the child obtained perfect /ideal efficacy. Conclusion: Clinical pharmacists should participate in the therapy, which could improve the safety by providing professional advice. |
