| 【】目的：探讨加味金匮肾气丸联合穴位敷贴治疗老年支气管哮喘的效果及对患者血清细胞因子、免疫功能和肺功能的影响。方法：将2016年3月至2018年1月因支气管哮喘于我院就诊且中医证型属于肾阳亏虚型的90例患者纳入研究并依据随机数字表法分组。对照组45例采用西医常规,观察组45例则联合加味金匮肾气丸及穴位敷贴治疗,12周为一疗程,比较两组临床疗效。结果：治疗后观察组超敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)、白介素-12(IL-12)水平低于对照组,IgG、IgA则更高,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗后观察组用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV1/FVC小于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组总有效率95.56%(43/45),高于对照组的77.78%(35/45),差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对于老年支气管哮喘患者而言联合加味金匮肾气丸及穴位敷贴治疗效果显著,可减轻气道炎症反应,调节免疫力,并有助于肺功能改善,值得推广。 |

| 【】Objective: To investigate the effect of Jiawei Jinkui Shenqi Pill combined with acupoint application on elderly bronchial asthma and its influence on serum cytokines, immune function and lung function. METHODS: A total of 90 patients with bronchial asthma diagnosed in our hospital from March 2016 to January 2018 and whose TCM syndrome type belongs to kidney yang deficiency type were included in the study and grouped according to the random number table method. In the control group, 45 cases were treated with western medicine routinely. In the observation group, 45 cases were treated with Jiawei Jinkui Shenqi Pill and acupoint application. The 12-week course was a course of treatment and the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the levels of Hs-CRP and IL-12 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, while the IgG and IgA levels were higher in the observation group (P<0.05). After the observation group, the forced vital capacity (FVC) and FEV1/FVC were lower than the control group (P<0.05); the total effective rate in the observation group was 95.56% (43/45), which was higher than the 77.78% (35/45) in the control group. Significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: For elderly bronchial asthma patients, the combination of Jiawei Jinkui Shenqi Pill and acupoint application has a significant effect, which can reduce airway inflammation, regulate immunity, and contribute to lung function improvement. It is worthy of promotion. |
