| 越来越多的证据表明,衰老相关的骨骼肌质量下降和力量减少、胰岛素抵抗及中心性肥胖与炎症等代谢风险标志物密切相关。以往研究发现,合成代谢能力的降低以及炎性细胞因子的分解代谢增强是导致肌肉减少症(Sarcopenia)发生的主要原因。然而,目前对绝经后妇女生物标志物和肌肉减少症之间的关系的研究却相对比较匮乏。本研究在探讨增龄对绝经后期妇女肌肉衰减影响的基础上,对国内外关于骨骼肌、脂肪质量与炎症等代谢危险因子关系的研究成果进行了全面梳理,并进一步揭示了不同生物标志物水平对老年女性肌肉衰减的影响。 |

| Increasing evidence suggests a role of inflammatory and metabolic risk markers in age-related loss of skeletal muscle mass and quality, insulin resistance and obesity. Previous studies have found inflammatory cytokines with catabolic activity, along with decline of anabolic factors have been implicated as determinants of sarcopenia risk. However, few studies simultaneously have investigated the association between multiple biomarkers and sarcopenia among postmenopausal women. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of aging on muscle attenuation in postmenopausal women, and review the research achievements on the associations between metabolic risk markers with skeletal muscle and adiposity, and the effects of different biomarkers on muscle attenuation in elderly women were further revealed. |
