| 目的 观察胃苏颗粒治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的效果及其对胃黏膜三叶因子2(TFF2)、核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)的影响。方法 入选CAG患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组予替普瑞酮 50 mg tid；观察组予替普瑞酮 50 mg tid,胃苏颗粒 5g tid,疗程共12周。比较两组治疗后临床症状和胃镜下胃黏膜病理学改善情况。同时,比较两组患者胃黏膜中TFF2、NF-κB mRNA的表达变化。结果 治疗后,观察组患者的临床症状和胃黏膜病理学评分都明显低于对照组,均有统计学差异(P＜0.05)；观察组的TFF2 mRNA表达水平显著高于对照组,而NF-κB mRNA表达水平显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 胃苏颗粒治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎具有良好的临床效果,其作用机制可能与上调TFF2、下调NF-κB的表达有关。 |

| Objective To observe the effect of Wei Su Granule on chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) and its effect on gastric trefoil factor 2 (TFF2) and nuclear factor kappa B (NF- κB).Methods 100 patients with CAG were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with teprone 50 mg tid; the observation group was given teprone 50 mg tid, and Wei Su Granule 5g tid, the course of treatment was 12 weeks. The clinical symptoms and the improvement of gastric mucosal pathology were compared between the two groups after treatment. Meanwhile, the expression of TFF2 and NF-κB mRNA in gastric mucosa of two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical symptom score and gastric mucosa pathological score of the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05), and the expression level of TFF2 mRNA in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, while the expression level of NF-κB mRNA was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Wei Su Granule has a good clinical effect in treating chronic atrophic gastritis, and its mechanism may be related to up regulation of TFF2 and down regulation of NF- NF-κB expression. |
